BMC: Hedgehog, Vuran, Amazon and More
ORSER performs the camouflage painting processes for mine-resistant tactical wheeled armored vehicles such as the Kirpi, Vuran, and Amazon, manufactured by BMC. The matte green, yellow, and brown camouflage patterns used on these vehicles are applied with millimeter precision in ORSER's automated paint application facilities. Post-paint color stability, scratch resistance, corrosion prevention, and durability in off-road conditions are the cornerstones of ORSER quality.
Command and control vehicles and armored personnel carriers produced by ASELSAN are painted at ORSER facilities. In particular, ASELSAN's 4x4 strike-type armored vehicles and anti-tank missile carrier platforms are coated with ORSER's wet paint technologies, enabling them to deliver superior performance in the field. ORSER applies special military paints for ASELSAN that provide not only aesthetic appeal but also IR reflectivity and thermal stealth.
ROKETSAN's precision warfare technologies are processed in ORSER's controlled paint application booths. These systems utilize highly abrasion-resistant epoxy primers, chemical and moisture-resistant polyurethane topcoats, and enhanced special camouflage color codes. ORSER conducts the painting processes that ensure ROKETSAN's weapon systems, designed for operation under the most demanding conditions, maintain their color and protective quality for 5-10 years.
